- Connect test system to VPN server with Windscribe software version 1.83 Build 18
- Select US West to allow it to pick best server in the region
- 3 or more speed test are perform over VPN against top 3 speedtest system recommended by Speedtest. Highest speed are pick for comparison.
- Baseline - Calculate the % of speed achievable via VPN against speed when not connecting to VPN. i.e. (100% x (VPN provider / Without VPN))
- Select San Francisco - Rent (lowest latency at the time) to perform similar test
- Select Santa Clara - Levi (second lowest latency at the time) to perform similar test
