- All test are performed over 1Gbps connection using system located physically in the country of test. Windows 10 Desktop 16 GB RAM. Chrome 71.0.3578.98

- Connect test system to VPN server with TUNNELBEAR software ver 3.7.3.1  free plan

- Auto connect to Singapore

- 3 or more speed test are perform over VPN against top 3 speedtest system recommended by Speedtest. Highest speed are pick for comparison.

- Baseline - Calculate the % of speed achievable via VPN against speed when not connecting to VPN.  i.e. (100% x (VPN provider / Without VPN))
