- Instant mode assigned to Singapore

- 3 or more speed test are perform over VPN against top 3 speedtest system recommended by Speedtest. Highest speed are pick for comparison.

- Baseline - Calculate the % of speed achievable via VPN against speed when not connecting to VPN.  i.e. (100% x (VPN provider / Without VPN))

- Location mode manually select Republic of Singapore
