- All test are performed over 1Gbps connection using system located physically in the country of test. Windows 10 Desktop 8 GB RAM

- 3 or more speed test are perform over VPN against top 3 speedtest system recommended by Speedtest. Highest speed are pick for comparison.

- 3 or more speed test are perform when not connecting to VPN against same speedtest system recommended by Speedtest.  

 - Baseline - Calculate the % of achievable speed via VPN against speed when not connecting to VPN.  i.e. (100% x (VPN provider / Without VPN))
